Theory of Change

When youth, families, and community members gain structured, consistent access to nature-based learning, food systems education, and outdoor wellness — delivered through trauma-informed, culturally responsive programming — they develop:

Stronger environmental connection
Improved wellness outcomes
Increased food literacy
Expanded leadership capacity

These outcomes build more resilient, food-secure, environmentally connected communities.
